Who will provide support?

Offering the chance for people with complex support needs to live independently and maximise choice means that a range of different organisations will be involved in providing supports. You will have access to enough daily, individual planned support, as well as the 24-hour on-site shared support, to live in your home safely.

You can call for assistance from the support provider as required using communication devices, allowing you to maintain independence and privacy.

You choose your own support provider for daily 1:1 support, for things like personal care and household tasks, however, the 24-hour on-site shared support will be provided by one SIL provider. You will have a say in who the shared provider is alongside other tenants residing in your building. This shared support will be funded through your core budget.
