His commission flat, inadequate for Ollie’s needs, was fraught with issues—frequent falls, cramped quarters unsuitable for a wheelchair, and a surrounding environment plagued by drug use and violence. Ollie’s deteriorating health demanded a change, a safer and more accommodating space.

Proximity to public transportation, supermarkets, and local eateries has enhanced Ollie’s independence, enabling more social engagements and a resurgence of his musical pursuits. “Living in my new home has just enabled me to be more social,” Ollie shares, highlighting the positive impact on his well-being and quality of life.
