Liverty tenant festive competition

To celebrate the festive season, we’re running a photo and caption competition for our tenants!

Capture the moment! Share how you celebrate the holiday season

Simply snap a photo that shares your end-of-year joy — however you celebrate – (any style, any tradition), and include a short sentence description telling us ‘what the festive season means to me’, then share it with us at info@liverty.org.au to go into the running to win $100 voucher!

Submissions welcome by 5pm (AEDT) Friday 19th December 2025

We’ll then share the short list of our favourites on our Facebook page on Monday, 22nd December and ask people to vote for their favourite! Winner takes all!

Your photo could be of your decorated Christmas tree, a festive feast you’ve helped prepare, or any other way you choose to celebrate!

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is:
   Liverty Housing (ABN 61 617 404 789) of registered office address: Two Melbourne Quarter, Office 246/697 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008
2. To enter the competition, an entrant must submit a photograph to info@liverty.org.au of their festive celebration and a short caption describing ‘what the festive season means to me’,
3. Closing date for entry will be 5pm (AEDT) Friday 19th December 2025. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
5. The rules of the competition and the prize are as follows:

• For each submission, the entrant receives one entry into the competition.
• The entrant must be a current tenant of a Liverty Housing managed property or be an employee of an On-Site Support Service of a Liverty Housing managed property.
• Winner will be determined by votes submitted by the public on Liverty Housing’s Facebook page on 22nd December, 2025. The submission with the most votes from the public wins.

8. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
9. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The single prize for the winner will be a $100 voucher.
10. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date.
11. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
12. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. Each entrant and the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. The winner’s name will be published on our website and social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram).
16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
