Liverty Housing’s Tenant Advisory Committee (TAC) is where tenants and the Liverty Housing management team come together to shape decisions that positively impact your living experience. The Committee aims to enhance tenant experiences by promoting accountability, continuous improvement and open communication. Our values-led initiative reflects our commitment to delivering excellence.

Lived experience is invaluable when it comes to shaping our products and the processes behind them. We need your help to ensure that the tenant experience is positive, seamless and comfortable for everyone involved.

We want to lead the way in setting the bar for SDA provision standards. You deserve the best, and we want to work towards giving you an excellent experience, while encouraging other providers to join us on our path.
Facilitate two-way communication
We understand how important it is for tenants to have a voice. TAC will be a platform that enables two-way communication between tenants and Liverty, to collectively work through all forms of feedback and decision-making.
