Tenant survey results 2025

Firstly, we want to sincerely thank those who participated in this survey. These annual surveys are a vital tool for us to measure our progress, celebrate our achievements and identify areas that need attention. We are committed to listening to our tenants and this survey is a key mechanism to do that.

Overall, the results were positive and provide support for the direction we’re heading in.

This year we saw a rise in overall satisfaction from 72% rated ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ in 2024, to 86% in 2025. While this increase is pleasing and shows progress, it also shows us that we need to keep our focus on improving our services.

We also saw a modest rise in ‘satisfied’ and ‘very satisfied’ responses relating to maintenance, from 45% last year to 50% this year. Its clear there is still much work for us to do in this vital area, and we’re confident that the move of property maintenance responsibilities from external providers to within Liverty in September 2025 will make a positive difference to these experiences.

Satisfaction with location dropped slightly from year to year, from 88% to 86%; and satisfaction with OSS remained the same as previous years at 63%.

These findings are certainly helpful to our future planning, and combined with the enlightening additional comments we received, we have some clear signposts for the areas that need greater focus in the coming years. There are plenty of changes already underway and we look forward to next year’s results when we hope to improve these results.
