This full-time permanent role, based in Melbourne, is a first contact point for Liverty Housing including the tenants of our Specialist Disability Accommodation nationwide, partners and general enquiries and is responsible for ensuring that any maintenance requests or general matters are resolved quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
The successful applicant will have a customer first focus, excellent communication and admin skills and will be capable of working closely with our tenants, contractors and our internal teams to get the job done. You’ll answer and coordinate all incoming calls, triage maintenance issues, action low level maintenance, maintain building compliance documentation, and enhance processes to ensure that Liverty provides the very best service possible.
This is a hybrid role with three days office attendance expected per week.
