Robert Pradolin

Robert Pradolin has dedicated more than 35 years to the residential property development industry, including 18 years with Frasers Property Australia (formerly Australand).

Following his tenure at Frasers, Robert founded Housing All Australians, an initiative representing the private sector’s commitment to addressing housing affordability. The organisation advocates that providing housing for all Australians—regardless of income—is critical to the nation’s long-term economic prosperity.

Robert currently serves on the boards of Homes Tasmania and the University of Melbourne’s Hallmark Initiative, which focuses on affordable housing solutions. His industry leadership includes nearly a decade on the Property Council of Australia’s Victorian Divisional Council and the Housing Industry Association Executive Council (Victoria). He is a former member of the PCA Residential Development Council and has held board positions with the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Victoria), the Heritage Council of Victoria, Livable Housing Australia, Salvation Army Housing and the Victorian advisory board of the Property Industry Foundation.
